This Studio apartment is a  situated on  Tolyatti Street, Near to the sea front, 2 min walk from the hotel
Oreanda.

This  studio apartment has a double bed  and  sofa that converts too, a kitchen area, bathroom with a
shower and a toilet. There is a small private yard with a place for a car with the locked gate.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary to staying there: kitchen
utensils , an iron,  a telephone for making local calls, a TV-set and a fridge.

Bed linen changing and flat cleaning is done once a week or can be made more often by your request
for the additional fee.
