Once
you have chosen your apartment on our site and want to reserve it you have
to send a deposit. We accept credit card payments via Pay Pal, clients from the UK can also pay by Cheque
or Bank transfers via the HSBC Bank
On one hand the deposit is a guarantee for you that the apartment will be
available for the whole of the period booked , and refused or other clients
interested in the apartment, and on the other hand it is a guarantee for the owner
that you will come and rent the apartment for the mentioned term. So you should do it only when you know for sure your dates of your arrival and departure. If you decide to cancel
or change your booking at any time, booking deposit will not be refunded.
Should you have to leave early for what ever reason the rent is none
refundable
you are strongly advised to take out suitable travel insurance to cover any
losses with flights transfers and accommodation
Please be aware that you may need a Ukrainian
visa to be able to visit Ukraine.
In case of unexpected and un
resolvable problem that makes the apartment unavailable on the day of your
arrival we will reserve
another apartment of the same class with
the equal conditions and price or if it is not possible we will pay the deposit
back.
In case you will come and do not like the reserved apartment
motivated by any personal reasons the deposit is not refunded, we will try
to find you a alternative apartment if possible, but we are not responsible
for replacing the apartment. So if you have any special
requirements
please inform us about them in advance and make sure that the chosen apartment
meets all your requirements.
If you do not accept these terms do not
send a deposit. We will take you to the available apartment when you arrive and
if you like
it you will check in.
You have to pay for the whole
period of your stay at the rented apartment as soon as you check in on your
arrival date. The deposit (if
has been made) will be reduced from the
total cost.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the apartments. If you want
to stay in our apartments with a pet it is necessary for you to inform us about
it and
receive permission from the owner. If you have not received
permission the owner can cancel your booking without any
reimbursement
What's included in the
rent
- the
whole apartment with all the furniture and appliances;
- bedding, towels,
kitchen equipment, local telephone calls;
- cleaning of apartment with
changing beddings and towels once a week;
- Extra cleaning ,fresh bedding and Towels can be arranged by prior
arrangement
