The apartments are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 12am on the day of
departure to allow for cleaning
Guests may arriving before 2pm or stay after 1pm on the day of departure providing that the
apartment not booked
Sometimes we have customers arrive very early ,If you wish guarantee the apartment is available
you should reserve the apartment for 1 extra night and the apartment will be ready for you for
you on your arrival.
For clients bringing cash to the Ukraine not only to pay for the apartment but also to change for
local currency, please ensure that your US dollars are crisp and new, as it can be a problem
trying to change notes that are old or damaged
Car hire is available at Simferopol airport, and is expensive compared to other Country's ( prices
start from around $65 a day) and unless you know Russian and are used to the way they drive here, you wont find it pleasant
A better option is to hire a car and driver,no need to by petrol or try to understand the sign posts here as your driver will know where to take you, just sit back and enjoy the view and save yourself around 40% of the cost of trying to do it yourself,
If you have any special places of interest or a particular city you wish to visit contact us with your requirements and we can arrange everything for you including your accommodation
Please be aware that you may need a Ukrainian visa to be able to visit Ukraine.
Please be aware that the check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 12.00.
In case of unexpected and
irresolvable problem that makes the apartment unavailable on the day of your arrival we will reserve another
apartment of the same class with the equal conditions and price or if it is not possible we will pay the deposit back.
In case you will come and do not like the reserved apartment motivated by any personal reasons the deposit is not refunded, we will try to
find you a alternative apartment if possible, but we are not responsible for replacing the apartment. So if you have any special requirements
please inform us about them in advance and make sure that the chosen apartment meets all your requirements.
If you do not accept these terms you may not send a deposit. We will take you to the available apartment when you arrive and if you like it
you will check in.
You have to pay for the whole period of your stay at the rented apartment as soon as you check in on your arrival date. The deposit (if has
been made) will be reduced from the total cost.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the apartments. If you want to stay in our apartments with a pet it is necessary for you to inform us about it and
receive permission from the owner. If you have not received permission the owner can cancel your booking without any reimbursement.
